Miêu tả công việc (Job description)

• Develop and maintain the relationship with corporation customer from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan (发展与维护中国、香港、台湾在越企业的客户关系)
• Respond to above mentioned corporate customer’s demand for banking services, provide one-stop service (响应上述客户的需求，提供一站式服务)
• Collect customer information, submit credit financing report to credit control department (搜集客户信息，向授信管理部门提供客户授信金融报告)
• Make after credit monitor on customer finance status, prepare the monitor report (在客户贷款后，对客户的财务状况进行监控，编写监控报告)
• Customer transaction process coordination and liaison, improve customer satisfaction (客户办理业务时的沟通及与分行中后台业务部门协调，提高客户满意度)
• Facilitate the achievement of each performance target under the instruction of department director (在部门主管的指导下完成各项业务绩效指标)

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Straightness and honest, having strong sense of innovation, job responsibility and teamwork spirit (正直诚实，有较强创新能力，工作责任心及团队协作精神)
• College degree or above in economics, finance, business administration or the like (经济、金融、工商管理及相近学科的大学本科和以上学历)
• At least 4 years working experience and 2 year in banking customer relation manager position (至少4年工作经验，2年在银行客户经理岗位)
• Below 35 years of age (低于35岁)
• Familiar with office software operation (熟悉Office办公软件操作)
• Capable of Chinese(Mandarin) speaking, reading and writing skills; also with basic ability on english speaking (熟练使用汉语（普通话）交流，会读写，具有英语基本交流沟通能力。)

Lương: $1500-$2500/tháng
